You have the right to cancel your order. This right starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party named by you, received your goods.

Please note that you may not use the goods that you have received before deciding to cancel. Where you have exercised your right to cancel, you are obliged to take reasonable care of the goods and return them to us unopened and in their original condition. For your own peace of mind, you may wish to post returns using a recorded or trackable delivery service and keep the original proof of posting, as we can only process a returned item once we have received it.
You are responsible for returning the goods as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel.
You will be refunded within 14 days from receipt of your notification to cancel. The refund covers the cost of the goods and standard delivery charges paid by you when you made the purchase. We may delay making the refund until we have received the goods or evidence that you have sent them back. The refund will be made using the same method of payment used by you for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
Please be aware that orders are usually processed within 2 working days from when they are received. If you cancel and the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
